Pretty Fit Philly, the wellness studio of Thrive Philly, is a warm, affirming space for Pilates, strength, and restorative movement for Black and Brown girls and women.

Each day has a simple theme — strength, softness, or reset — so you can choose what your body and nervous system need most this week.

Every class helps fuel Thrive Philly’s programs for girls, teens, and women across Philly.
